Its business is operated in four business segments: shipbroking, logistics, technical services and environmental services.

Specialised shipbroking and consultancy services to international ship owners and charterers in the sale and purchase, tanker, gas, chemicals, offshore, container and dry bulk markets with offices in UK, Australia, India, China, Singapore and Italy.

TECHNICAL SERVICES - Wavespec, Braemar Falconer & Braemar Steege

Wavespec - Marine engineering and naval architecture consultants to the worldwide shipping and offshore markets. Based in the UK it is a leading international consultancy in oil and gas shipping projects with a strong centre of excellence in the LNG shipping, LNG off-shore and offshore oil industry sectors. This includes the expanding areas of floating production facilities (both oil and gas) as well as dynamic positioning capability of vessels used in exploration, drilling, sub sea construction and production projects.

Braemar Falconer - Survey, engineering and loss adjusting services to the marine and energy industries. Headquartered in Singapore it operates throughout the Far East from offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, India, Australia and London.

Braemar Steege - Braemar Steege provides specialist loss adjusting and other expert services to the energy (oil and gas), marine, power and other related industrial sectors. It is one of the leading international players in the energy adjusting market, with a particularly strong reputation and presence in the offshore/upstream sector. Its client base covers insurance underwriters, insurance brokers as well as the insured parties in the oil and gas industry itself. First established in 1975, the group now operates from offices in London, Houston, Singapore, Calgary and Mexico City with a total of 62 employees.
